HOW TO ORDER YOUR WARN ATV PLOW
You'll need to select the part numbers for:
1) Blade width and assembly
2) Mounting plate assembly
3) Plow blade-raising mechanism

1.) CHOOSE YOUR BLADE
48, 54 or 60 inch ATV Plow Blades are made from high-strength low alloy steel with 3/16" outer blade ribs to provide superior strength and rigidity. These ribs also allowed a weight reduction that gives you better handling and performance while plowing. WARN uses massive bushings: 6" in the base and 1-1/2" in the blade ribs, to dramatically reduce wear and absorb the shock of plowing. A large, replaceable wear bar and adjustable gravel skids make fast work of difficult jobs. And, with the WARN Integrated Accessories System, you can change blade widths without buying new mounting kits, lift mechanisms or base/tube assembly.

PN 37574 48" ATV Plow Blade. Includes plow blade and base/tube assembly.
PN 38732 54" ATV Plow Blade. Includes plow blade and base/tube assembly.
PN 38121 60" ATV Plow Blade. Does not include base/tube assembly (PN 62100).

2.) SELECT YOUR PLOW MOUNTING KIT
The WARN Plow Mounting Kit remains attached to the ATV and becomes a structural component adding rigidity to the ATV during plowing operations. Placement is forward of the foot pegs to avoid any reduction of ground clearance or operating interference. Quick release pins attach or detach the Warn Plow Blade and base assembly in a matter of moments.

3.) PICK YOUR BLADE RAISING MECHANISM
You have three choices of how you can raise and lower your WARN Blade. You can pick one now and add to it later. It's all part of the WARN Integrated Accessories approach.

A.) Ramsey 2500 Winch.
Either is an excellent choice if you want a multi-use piece of equipment.

B.) Plow, Electric Actuator. PN 39400
The WARN Actuator is designed with a dual purpose in mind. Make it easier to lift the plow than using a manual lift and leave the winch for what it was designed to do. The Actuator will operate only with the ignition on and comes standard with a thermal limiting switch. The limiting switch eliminates the possibility of damage to the ATV, plow or Actuator. A handlebar mounted switch can be operated without removing your hand from the grip. This switch is built to survive rain, cold, mud and crud and still perform with the OEM switch gear. The WARN Actuator is an easy to install kit that fits all Warn plows. Each kit includes a handlebar switch, wiring harness and all necessary hardware. Double-line rated to lift 150 lbs.

In addition to the Actuator, you'll need to order a pulley bracket. See the pulley bracket chart for the part number of the pulley bracket designed to fit your ATV.

C.) ATV Plow, Manual Lift.
Designed to mount easily to your ATV front rack, this lift system will not interfere with the rider or the operation of your ATV. Go to the manual lift chart for manual lift applications and part numbers.
