Mud, ruts and rocks are much easier to traverse than the stock
tires could do. My friends can't believe the muck I can get

Swamplites. Thanks so much for taking the time to put me on
your waiting list and then giving me a call when the tires
finally came in. I wish I would have bought the rims with
the tires. I will be giving you a call in a few months to
buy them. I took my tires to my local Walmart to get the
tires mounted to my stock rims. They completed messed
everything up. They severely dented one rim and dinged or
scratched all of the others. They have promised to pay for
all the damage. It's not enough to buy the new rims from
you, but it will be set aside for that. I don't know how
long I would have been waiting for those tires if I didn't
have somebody like you helping me out. Thanks again.
PS: To anybody else who is
flip flopping on just getting the tires or getting the Big
Foot kit, go with the kit. Let somebody who knows how to do
it (Trax Motorsports) set you up. While I was waiting 5
hours for the shop to try and fix what they messed up, I
kept thinking about coming home to a complete set of tires
and rims and just waiting to be bolted on. You never know
what your local shop or mechanic is going to do to your
brand new tires or rims."

WOW!! Never had I had a set of
tires shipped so quickly. And believe me with my other quads/atvs
I have ordered many sets of specialty tires!! Ordered the
Swamp Lites on Thursday at 10 am and received them by
Saturday morning!!! This no short distance either, from
Louisiana to the Chicago area!!!! And customer service was
excellent!! With service like this you have a customer for
life!!!!!! |

Got our tires (Swamplite
from Interco)!! These are some mean looking eat 'em up
and spit 'em out tires!! My husband and are very
impressed. They got here the day before our opening elk
season here in Idaho- we threw them on and took off for
camp, the next morning we tore out of camp and the ride on
these tires was ultimately SMOOTH. We were on all kinds of
terrain with these and the bike stayed totally stable and
very aggressive on the steep hills- no spinning just
pull-pull-pull. Thanks again and just wanted to let you know
add us to your (what I'm sure you have) long list of
satisfied customers. Us 4-wheelaholics in Idaho love you!!

Just wanted to thank you for
your help in picking out my new tires. I have always run the
27" mudlites and I went to the 29.5"
Swamplites. They are a killer tire. Good ride and they
grab the ground. I don't think I will have a problem
following anybody now. Marion was very helpful with
everything and very fast delivery. I will get some action
pics as soon as it will rain.

...We were in
3-4 feet of water for most of the rides this Labor Day Weekend
in the Everglades. Usually we have to drain the tranny belt
housing every so often, only had to do it once or twice. I
guess it gave it the height needed. We rode one time for
about three hours without ever seeing dry land. It was a sea
of saw grass and palm trees as far as the eye could see, and
the Swamp Lites kept cleaning out between the tread and never
stopped turning. We are going to take it into some thick mud
as soon as this Tropical Storm gets out from over us (by then
it will be pure water also) and test it in some different
terrain..." |

I wanted to write this e mail
to let you know that I am simply blown away by your customer
service and Trax Motorsports in general. Tuesday, I ordered
6 ATV tires by phone from a gentleman by the name of Marion.
Thursday afternoon the tires were delivered to my door in
Hinesville, Ga. Not only was the shipping time incredible,
but the price was great, and the staff I spoke with on the
phone was knowledgeable and nice beyond belief. It's nice to
see that there are still merchants out there that put forth
the effort to make all transactions pleasurable. Rest
assured that I will be telling everyone I know about Trax
Motorsports, and that I will be buying from this great place
