Shipping:
We ship most orders Standard delivery Via UPS in the continental US.  We charge actual UPS shipping costs with no handling fees for all orders.  You can find the exact shipping cost for the items in your basket on the "Checkout" screen.  Most orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday.  You should receive your order within 3 to 7 business days once we receive your payment and ship your order.  All orders will be confirmed through email. If orders are placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays items will be shipped the next business day.

Guaranteed Next Day, Two Day and Three Day options are available at an additional cost.  Just choose the option on the "Checkout" screen to see the rates for your order or let us know if you'd like a quote.

Shipments to ALASKA & HAWAII will require additional shipping cost.  We will need your zip code in order to obtain shipping cost.  You can email us for quotes.  (that's sales@traxms.com)

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO Indonesia, Puerto Rico, Guam or Virgin Islands.  No international orders.

Sales Tax Charges:
All Louisiana residents will be charged sales tax.

Payment Methods:
Trax Motorsports accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cashiers Check, Money Order and PayPal for payment. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders or personal checks.  All orders must be paid in full before your order is filled.   If paying with a Money Order or Cashiers Check, make it out to: Trax Motorsports.

Return Policy:

Returns are only allowed within first 15 days from shipment date.  After 15 days the sale will be considered final and no return will be accepted. 

Upon receiving product please inspect the package immediately to verify all parts are received and undamaged.  Trax Motorsports will pay shipping and return postage costs for defective merchandise or items damaged in shipping ONLY.  All non-damaged returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Returns must be preauthorized and returned within 15 days of shipment date.  When you return an item, it should be returned in the original packaging and accompanied by original packaging slip.  Be sure to include instructions as to how you want us to handle the return/exchange/refund.  You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
